Chris has dedicated the last nine years of his life traveling the nation, speaking and teaching on leadership, communication skills, entrepreneurship, personal success, and goal setting. During that time he has been blessed to reach more than 400,000 people in 43 states.

He currently makes his home in Indiana & Florida where he operates Rock Solid Seminars along with his beautiful wife Shanda. When they are not at home doting on their 2 rambunctious children, Pacer and Larkin (ok, they are Lhasa-Poodles, but they are their children!) Chris and Shanda can be found all across the country teaching business and entrepreneurship seminars on the weekends.


Chris is a proud graduate of the University of Central Florida. While there he served as the president of the largest fraternity on campus, and represented his 40,000+ student campus as their Homecoming King. For his efforts inside and outside the classroom he was awarded the University of Central Florida's Lifetime Achievement Award. Those experiences serve as the building blocks for many of his campus programs on student leadership, communicating inside organizations, and group goal-setting and team building.

Chris currently takes between 80-100 speaking engagements across the nation each year, and considers himself blessed to reach so many amazing audiences. You can often find him writing and reading in airport terminals as he is also finishing his Master's degree in leadership and communication from Gonzaga University.

A firm believer that a person in motion tends to stay in motion, Chris loves to stay busy! Speaking, traveling, teaching, writing, and operating a business can be time consuming, but he still finds time to publish his weekly blog and newsletter, play basketball, golf, tennis, and basically anything else where you can keep score (horseshoes anyone??). He also spends wonderful quality time with his wife, friends, and family... and devotes absurd hours being a loyal and devoted (uh...obsessive) fan of the Cincinnati Reds, Bengals, and his beloved alma matter, UCF.
